Mount Ida (Psiloritis)
IDA - IDI
According to the myths Mount Ida (the cave of Idaion Antron) is the birthplace of Zeus. Ida is extensive and imposing and is almost possible to be seen from every part of Crete. During winter and even a long time in spring the tops of Ida are white of snow.
