Monemvassia

Monemvasia. This city is situated on a rock at 350 m above sea level and Monemvasia is often called "Gibraltar of Greece".  Monemvasia was seperated from the mainland by an earthquake at 375 A.D. and stayed an island until they build a bridge in the 6th century.
