Agios Sostis - Mykonos (Greece)

Agios Sostis. Agios Sostis is a seaside resort in the north of the Greek island of Mykonos. It is located eight kilometers (5 miles) northeast of Mykonos Town, on the western coast of the bay of Panormos. The beautiful red sandy beach is very popular because unlike other beaches on Mykonos, it is a quite unspoiled beach. On the beach there are no facilities such as beach chairs and umbrellas, there are no taverns or beach bars. The chapel of Agios Sostis is located next to the beach, and the area was named after this chapel. You can stay here since there are several apartments and studios available on the hills around the beach. One and a half kilometers (1 mile) south of Agios Sostis, there is the seaside resort of Panormos, where it is much more crowded than in Agios Sostis.
