Kamena Vourla. Kamena Vourla is the most famous tourist place of this district. This place is very popular, especially among Greeks, as the National highway runs right next to it. This makes the place, especially on weekends, well attended by day-trippers from various towns and cities, including Athens. The setting is magnificent, the combination of forested mountains, fine sandy beaches, good accommodations, cozy terraces and shops make Kamena Vourla an attractive holiday resort that is definitely worth a visit.
