Langada. Langada is a village located about three kilometers (nearly 2 mi) from the port of Aigiali. It is a traditional village with whitewashed houses and cobbled streets. On the larger square, you can find most taverns and cafes. There are two large parking lots, one in front of the village and one behind it.
The houses are built in Cycladic style and have flat roofs, and colorful blue doors and windows. The village is built around the slopes of a hill and from here you have a panoramic view to Aigiali, the sea and the island Nikouria. In Langada you will find hotels and rooms for rent. In the village are all kinds of taverns and shops.
When you approach the village from Aigiali, you can see a church on the right side, against steep rock walls. The church of Agia Triada served as a lookout in the Middle Ages, to detect enemies.
