Marathonas - Aegina (Greece)

Marathonas. Marathonas is located on the Greek island of Aegina, between Aeginitissa and Aegina Town.  One can find here two popular beaches that are well organised with sunbeds and umbrellas. At the first beach are many tavernas and cafeterias. At the second beach is only a wooden canteen. Green trees and bushes surround these beaches.

In Marathonas are hotels and apartments. Because Marathonas lies partly on low hills, you have from above an excellent view of the coast, the sea and the mountains of the Peloponnese. Marathonas is a short distance from Aegina town and therefore have bought many well-known and wealthy Greeks have bought a country house here.
