Mistegna - Lesbos (Greece)

Mistegna and Skala Mistegna. Mistegna village and the seaside resort of Skala Mistegna are located in the east of the Greek island of Lesbos, 28 kilometres north of Mytilene. Mistegna is a traditional village on the slopes of a hill. Most houses are built with stone and have ceramic roofs. From the village you have a beautiful view of the sea and the Turkish coast opposite.

A few hundred meters below is Skala Mistegna among a green environment. Here is the harbour where fishing boats moor, several tavernas and restaurants. Next to the harbour lies the beautiful sandy pebble beach.

At a short distance from Mistegna is the farming village Nees Kidonies. Skala Nees Kidonies on the coast is a charming little seaside town belonging to the village. Also in Nees Kidonies is a fishing port and there are several restaurants and cafeterias.
