Kalamos Pelion

Kalamos Pelion - Magnesia (Greece)

KALAMOS. The village of Kalamos at the peninsula of Pelion, Greece, is situated along a long beach. One can reach several remote beaches with white pebbles by boat or on foot. A small river that flows into the sea forms a channel where rowing boats and fishing boats find shelter. The old name "Kanalos" is derived from this channel and has evolved into Kalamos.
