Arilas - Corfu (Greece)
Arilas (Arillas). Arilas is a small village with a beautiful sandy beach and shallow water making it ideal for families with small children. It is located about 40 kilometers northwest of Corfu town and the beach has a lot of beach facilities.
Water sports lovers can rent pedal boats, canoes, etc.
In the sea in front of Arilas there are some small but beautiful rock islands which can be reached by canoe or boat. In the hamlet behind the beach there are all kinds of shops, traditional tavernas and restaurants and there are rooms for rent.
In the village, Kavadades near Arilas there is even a campsite. Two kilometers north of the village lies Arilas Magoulades. In Magoulades is the monastery of Ipsilis Theotokou built in the 17th century.
