Korision Lake - Corfu (Greece)
Korisia Lake (Korision Lake). Korision the lake is a lovely nature reserve in the southwest of the Greek island of Corfu. It lies 29 kilometres from Corfu town, between the villages Moraitika and Argirades. It is an area where tourists can undertake wonderful walks in the dunes. 200 meters away is the Issos beach, where you can swim away from the crowds. There are no hotels, apartments or restaurants on the lake. However, there are kiosks where you can buy a drink or a snack. A kilometre further south lies the beach of Agios Georgios of Argirades. Here are several large resorts, obviously because of the very beautiful sandy beach.
